If you dont have a card yet, you can apply for one with this App by completing registration. If you do have a card and you want to link that card to this App, please use the same e-mail address when registering that you provided when you received the card in the store (this is the e-mail address you used to receives mail from Restaurant Gouden Huis or Kanaya from time to time).
